Which package is right for a standard turnover?
Choose the Full Package for checkout-to-check-in turnovers. It includes cleaning, amenities and linens, with studio pricing from AED 170.
Can you handle 11am check-out / 3pm check-in windows?
Yes — this is our core service. We allocate two cleaners to back-to-back bookings to guarantee on-time handover, even in peak Dubai season (November–April).
Do you provide the linen, or do I?
The Full Package includes the standard linen kit per bedroom. Extra linen, sofa-bed setups, bunk-bed setups and delivery-only requests are priced separately.
What if a guest leaves the property damaged?
Our crew documents any damage with timestamped photos before any cleaning begins, then sends a written report to you immediately so you can file an Airbnb claim within the 14-day window.
