Service scope

Centerstone Cleaning provides holiday home, Airbnb and short-term rental cleaning services in the United Arab Emirates. Specific deliverables for your engagement are outlined in your written quote and service agreement.

Booking and cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled turnover. No-shows are charged in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in AED and exclusive of UAE VAT (5%). Invoicing terms are confirmed in your service agreement.

Damage and liability

Centerstone Cleaning carries commercial liability insurance. Any accidental damage caused by our crew is investigated and resolved promptly. Damage existing before our crew arrives is documented with timestamped photos in the damage walk.

Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a clean, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean at no additional charge.
